Missions are simple activities fitting into daily routine to help improving the member health. User can choose whatever missions he is interested or follow the suggestion based on the result of health risk assessment.

There will be 20+ available missions in different categories
For example,

• One of this mission is “Sleep 7 hours a day” where the requirement is sleeping 7 hours a days for at least 5 days a week for at least 4 weeks.
• Another mission is “Eat fish once a week” where the requirement is eat fish once in a week for at least 4 weeks.

Activity from wearable device can be retrieved into device-enabled missions and challenges. We already have a module that integration with popular device like Fitbit, Garmin, Jawbone, Withings and more.
